Zikorail is a multi-tenant WhatsApp AI marketing and sales platform that enables businesses to automate customer conversations, manage follow-up pipelines, send campaigns, process invoices, book appointments, and manage contacts — all through WhatsApp.
Zikorail connects to WhatsApp using an open-source library called Baileys — the same technology trusted by thousands of businesses across Africa to power their customer communication. You connect your existing WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, so your customers keep messaging the same number they already know.
This is an independent integration, not an official Meta partnership. In practice, businesses that use Zikorail for what it's designed for — intelligent, natural one-on-one customer conversations — operate without issue. The AI is built to feel human: it types at realistic speed, varies its timing, and engages in genuine back-and-forth rather than mechanical broadcasts.
The one area that calls for a bit more care is bulk campaigns. Sending the same message to many people at once is something every messaging platform monitors — whether WhatsApp, email, or SMS. We handle this thoughtfully: smart pacing, human-like delays, and volume controls are built in automatically. Your job is to keep your campaigns relevant, your contact list engaged, and your audience willing to hear from you. That combination — good content, warm contacts, responsible volume — is what keeps any marketing channel healthy.
By connecting your number to Zikorail, you understand that Meta sets the rules for their platform. We stay within the spirit of those rules by design, and we'll always be upfront with you about what responsible usage looks like.
AI replies are generated primarily by DeepSeek (text conversations), Google Gemini (image and media analysis), and Anthropic Claude (fallback when primary AI is unavailable). You acknowledge that message content is transmitted to these third-party AI providers to generate responses.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Zikorail complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By accepting these terms, you specifically acknowledge:
We will not refund subscription fees if your WhatsApp number is restricted or banned by Meta as a result of your messaging practices.
Zikorail is a subscription service billed monthly or annually in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Zikorail is a paid subscription service. Payment is required at the start of each billing period before access is granted. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp and we will investigate promptly. Disputes that are valid will be resolved with a credit or refund at our discretion.
Zikorail uses third-party AI models to generate responses sent to your customers on your behalf. The current AI stack is:
You are responsible for configuring the AI's behaviour through your briefings, catalogue, agent settings, and instructions. You accept that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content sent to your customers based on your configuration.
You retain full ownership of your business data, briefings, catalogue content, and customer contacts. We do not claim any ownership over content you create within the platform.
We aim to keep Zikorail available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zikorail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zikorail, including lost revenue, lost customers, or damage to your WhatsApp number reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your access to the platform ends and your data will be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by WhatsApp message or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
